Note: For these cases, customers are not required to return the item.

We do not support refunds or resends for personal reasons, including:

  • Choosing the wrong size or variant

  • Placing the wrong order

  • Simply disliking the product


3. Returns for Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if you request a refund for personal reasons as mentioned above.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Resends

  • For eligible issues (quality, damage, or wrong product), we will resend the item at no extra cost.

  • Customers will be notified once the replacement order has been shipped.
